How do You purchase PokerStars play chips from us?
The process is as EASY and no different from any other online purchase you may have made in the past! Go to the chipStation.net Play Money Chips Pricing page, find the amount you wish to purchase, and click on the "Buy Now" button. Enter all the required info and submit your order. Please allow our representatives some time to review the provided information and process your PokerStars play chips order. Usually all orders are processed within 1 (ONE) business day. To speed up the transfer, please try using our Live Chat.
You want to buy PokerStars play chips but We are not online. What now?
If you decide to make a purchase during our offline hours, please go to 'Contact Us' and send us an e-mail with your PokerStars ID, and an appropriate time for you to meet with someone from team chipStation.net and complete the transfer. Please be seated at a non-crowded table on PokerStars.net, have your status set to away, and make sure the 'Hide from Search Feature' is unchecked, so we can perform the transaction as quickly as possible.
What forms of payments do we accept?
We accept all forms of major debit or credit cards.
Are there any limits on purchases?
There is a 10 million Play Chips limit per customer per week and a 15 million Play Chips limit per customer for every 2 weeks.
If you wish to purchase more chips we would require a proof of identity � You have to do either of the following:
You can fax or email us a copy of any valid government issued ID (make sure it has a valid expiration date)
You have to sign our disclaimer notice, which will be emailed to you. After signing the disclaimer it needs to be faxed back to us. (we will provide a fax # with the initial e-mail).
If your next purchase reaches either limit, you will receive the number of chips up to the limit, and the rest (including any bonuses) will be transferred to your account after completing either 1 or 2 above!
